Refund policy
About the conditions for returns and refunds:
- We accept exchanges and returns for bottoms only. Please contact us at info@tweo.jp within 7 days after the arrival of the bottoms product. Depending on the stock availability, we will proceed with the return or exchange process. Please note that exchanges are allowed only once.
- While we strive to ensure the quality of our products, if the product is damaged or soiled upon arrival, or if you receive a product different from your order, please contact us at info@tweo.jp within 7 days. We will arrange for an exchange or return. If there is any issue with the product, please contact us promptly at info@tweo.jp. However, in the case of out-of-stock items, we may not be able to provide an exchange and may request a return instead. In such cases, we will inform you in advance, so please understand. This applies to items that have been delivered for more than 8 days.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
- The product has already been used by the customer.
- The product has been damaged or soiled by the customer.
- Sale items such as outlet products or lucky bags.
