About the conditions for returns and refunds:

  • We accept exchanges and returns for bottoms only. Please contact us at info@tweo.jp within 7 days after the arrival of the bottoms product. Depending on the stock availability, we will proceed with the return or exchange process. Please note that exchanges are allowed only once.

  • While we strive to ensure the quality of our products, if the product is damaged or soiled upon arrival, or if you receive a product different from your order, please contact us at info@tweo.jp within 7 days. We will arrange for an exchange or return. If there is any issue with the product, please contact us promptly at info@tweo.jp. However, in the case of out-of-stock items, we may not be able to provide an exchange and may request a return instead. In such cases, we will inform you in advance, so please understand. This applies to items that have been delivered for more than 8 days.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

- The product has already been used by the customer.
- The product has been damaged or soiled by the customer.
- Sale items such as outlet products or lucky bags.

Return shipping fees:

If the product is damaged, the size is incorrect, or any other mistakes are caused by our company, we will cover the return shipping fees. After contacting us at info@tweo.jp, we will provide you with further instructions on the return or exchange process. Please note that if you fail to contact us in advance, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.
